Site-to-Site, Ferry-to-Ferry, and Sea-to-Sea

When planning a destination wedding, one of the most important things you can do is a site inspection.  You need to be able to walk through the physical location in order to understand how guests will experience getting around the destination. It is also important to see what type of transportation exists, what activities there are, where your guests will be staying, and who the local vendors are.  The list goes on…

I recently traveled from the azure blue ocean in the Bahamas to the strong inky mercury sea in Maine for 2 back to back site-inspections.  I snapped some images of these incredibly different but equally beautiful sites.

I was in heaven with both of these sites, due to my passion for rugged landscapes…they will be the perfect canvas for me.

I am always sweetly amused by local signage!
