The blog is a wonderful forum for me to share ideas, photographs and concepts of things I simply love. These things may already have found a home in someone’s design or be thumb tacked to my cork-board or sitting in my inspiration file for the future. Whatever category these things fit into, it is something that inspires me and I am excited to share them with you.
I love grosgrain ribbon and use it whenever and where ever possible. I am also drawn to yellow, black and white as a color palette for cocktail parties, showers and brunches.
Boxes and boxes of beads and buttons at a flee market in Paris are pure eye candy.
I am inspired and infinitely fascinated with anything from the sea. Manzanita branch mobiles with hand-strung sand dollars and starfish are the perfect substitute for flowers on the doors of this sweet bayside barn.
Not all guest gifts need be a silver frame from Tiffany’s. This sweet hand painted shell makes the perfect finish to a wedding by the sea.

I’m working on an inspiration board for my office similar to the one you show here…do you change yours frequently? Or do you finish one and start another?
